Roque Ballesteros' Joe Paradise
Does anyone remember this incredible Flash cartoon series by Roque Ballesteros? It's called Joe Paradise. As much as I love to share cool things with you guys that you probably don't know about, I was really hoping one of you out there has the first season archived on your computer. I have a few episodes from the first season, and all of the second season.
The show itself is nothing short of AMAZING. The style; the writing; the characters... It's all so well thought-out! Everything in Some City is primarily black and white, though occasionally a distinct shade of red or gold (and occasionally blue) make their way into the color schemes. You've got characters whose names co-relate, like Miss Hush and Bigmouth; Tomm, Richard (Dick), and Harry-- not to mention the other "Average Joe" theme. I guess I could go on about this show for a good twenty minutes, but I'll spare you the trouble.
Suffice it to say, I need season one to help me understand all of season two!
