Ello Ladies,
I just wanted to show some recent photos a friend took of me for her school project. I like how they turned out. The hair is from a 3 day old Hayworth hair set, brushed out to hell.
I'm in love with this hair clip!
The neck line of this dress is to die for! It has a beautiful scallop design to it.. I'm just in love with. I wish I had a better photo!
Oh and I wanted to happily mention that I'm starting school in Aveda in two days! I'm super nervous and I wanted to see if any of you is currently or has previously attended the Aveda Institute? And if soooo any tips or hints? I'm very nervous but totally thrilled at the same time. I doubt that they will discuss vintage hair styling techniques beacuse they seem really contemporary. But I'm hoping to come out of there with the knowledge to put together great vintage-inspired, eco-friendly hairdos!
I have some questions though:
-What is the most difficult part of cosmetology school?
-Do they have two schedules for aveda students? Like (mon, tue, wed) and (thurs, fri, sat)?
-Are the girls that catty in the industry? (I've been hearing its a gossipy catty enviroment.. but I'm ready to handle it despite me not being either of those things.)
