Help please!
My previous entry asking this was deleted for some reason and my inbox is playing up and wont let me open any messages :-/
So here goes again...!

But I don't know how! I can't afford to get it done professionally coz I have a small baby and I can't afford to buy lots of expensive products and tools! I have normal curlers, some mousse, hairspray and an elecric curling wand, can I achieve this look with those? Please help!
