He sounds like an amazing man. And I say "sounds" because even though he's parted, hearing these words about him profoundly affects me and gives me chance to ponder the kind of person I am and how I will be remembered, and how I would like to be like him. A lesson truly leared is ever so valuable, and it sounds as though he taught you love...
It says in the bible that each one of us is capable of Jesus' miracles... so maybe they are his footprints.
And I think thats powerful when so many people carry on with a profound memory of a beautiful person with such a great energy. And its basic, that no energy can be lost, only that it changes form, spreads out to other people and we all (even though I never knew him) take a little piece of who he was and multiply that into the world.
I hope you and Mike both know that you have a family of people that care about you all over the world, and it sounds like this man was largely responsible for your profound connection to that.
