I am HOME!! After over a month of being at UT I have finally managed to get back to E-town. And it couldn't have been a better time! The production of Richard has ended in one crazy-ass weekend, so I've got to slowly adjust to all of my free time. With one exception: they're considering me as an assistant stage manager for Fortinbras! This is terribly exciting. I like feeling needed. I like having something to keep my busy. Sometimes the drama (I know, that's totally cornball) gets to be too much. There might be some interesting conflictions with the show, though. Makes me question if I really want to do it. I do enjoy a challenge!
I am so glad to be on a break. This semester has been KILLING me. I've been really bad with my work, and I've got to get my head back on my shoulders, and I totally welcome Turkey Break. You know what's really crazy? I might be too busy with all of my FRIENDS. I can't WAIT TO SEE THEM ALL! I've been an absolute crap friend lately, and I've let quite a few people down. Hopefully I can salvage some stuff while I'm home. These are the best friends I have, I love them and don't want to fuck any more stuff up!
Well, I should get to sleep. Not that I will. But perhaps saying that I might may make me tired. Ah, I've got my GS in the stereo, a book on the nightstand, and good thoughts to keep me sane. It's great to be home!!
