I Made the Chicken-Broccoli Casserole
Hey, everyone!! About a month ago someone posted a 1958 recipe for Chicken-Broccoli Casserole and I made it last night. I loved it and I just wanted to post some pictures of the deliciousness. I'm also re-posting the recipe for people who can't find it.
Chicken-Broccoli Casserole
1 Pkg Frozen Broccoli
1 C Diced Cooked or Canned Chicken
1 C Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5 oz)
2 T Sherry Wine
Buttered Fine Bread Crumbs and/or Grated Parmesan Cheese
Cook broccoli according to directions. Drain well and arrange in bottom of greased casserole. Top with diced chicken. Blend soup and wine gently to make sauce and pour over broccoli & chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and/or cheese. Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes or until bubbly.
