Here's a Washington Pie recipe from this book, which is extra nice because it has a little bit of history to it, and explains why it is called Washington Pie.
Ever since I got this cookbook and made the buttermilk pancake recipe, it has become my go-to recipe for pancakes. SO. GOOD.
I am dying to try the cheese and bacon waffle recipe. Maybe tomorrow morning!
