Jello Mold!
So, I tried to make a festive rainbow jello mold from one of my book recipes (Royal Gelatin on Parade). It involved whipping the jello to a foam before filling the molds. I picked one of my prettiest molds, let it set overnight, and unmolded it the next day at work ...
Well. Not what I was expecting. I think what I should do for molds in the future is to double the amount of jello used, to give it more strength, and let each layer set completely before adding the next layer. Still, it tasted fine, and I had fun making it.
