Due to brentnotbroken's desire to use his new George Foreman grill, I am trying to put together a sort of pot luck dinner. It will probably be within the next few weekends, and I'm hoping to hold it in the lobby of the Inn at Greensboro College. I want to know who would be interested in coming, what they would be making and when would be a convenient time to hold our food extravaganza.
As it stands, I am making a layered dessert dish, Derrick is making creme brulee and Jarrett is making salsa.
So if you're interested, just leave a comment with a little info about what you'd be bringing and when you'd like to have it. I'm approximating that we'll have between 10 and 14 people, but I'll let you know when I have a final count so you can adjust your recipes accordingly!
