The Clazziquai member has started on a new journey as a solo singer and he told us his story on a Showbiz Extra exclusive. Here's Alex on STAR FOCUS!
Alex became a well-recognized face through Clazziquai, a group that's known for their incredible musical talent.
But this past June, SIX years after his debut, Alex decided to try flying solo and released his first album.
His First solo album was a collection of his music favorites as well as the music that Alex wanted to share with his fans. Overall, the genre of his album falls under Neo-Pop and we asked the singer what it was like.
Alex is especially good at "Elegant Ballads," so named by fans.
His ballads make listeners feel like they're falling in love... That was the case for his title track, , as well as , the second main track to his solo album.
This year, Alex's popularity shot through the roof with his participation in a TV show, where celebrity couples make-believe that they're married. His romantic gestures and gentlemanly attitude was adored by all!
Could he REALLY be that perfect?
This singer is one BUSY celebrity! Besides his music career, he acts in dramas, emceed for a music show, And works as a radio DJ.
He's talented in more ways than one, and he's not afraid to show it!

Believe it or not, this Romeo has been single for Three years!
Then again, he's so busy these days, he probably wouldn't get to spend much time with a girlfriend anyway. But... he can still DREAM about the perfect girl!
He admits that it seems like only yesterday that he started his life in entertainment.
It came as a surprise to him when he realized he was already THIRTY, and already considered a veteran in the music world.

After releasing his first solo album, Alex did Another thing he's never done before - he held his First solo concert!
His "My Favorite Songs" concert was a hit in Seoul, and now he's preparing for his Busan show at the end of the month.
"Mr. Romantic" of K-pop becomes "Mr. Perfect" to Korean women and the ultimate rival of every Korean male! But Alex simply wants to be "the guy who brings amazing music to his fans."
