I wanted to make this post as a reminder to y'all about the zero tolerance for intolerance, hate and trolling here in Vintage Ads. I recently had a bad experience on a site I use to love going too, but the site owner let trolls take over and found it "enjoyable" when people would tell off the trolls after repeated attacks. Uh, no, that's not "enjoyable" that's sadistic.
If anyone encounters any hate, trolling, intolerance, etc here, please contact me IMMEDIATELY and I will deal with it. Such individuals are swiftly shown the door and banned. If/when heated discussions get out of hand in the comments between members--it has happened---please also contact me immediately, and I'll try to broker some peace between parties, which most times can happen.
Everyone (except haters and trolls) should feel welcome here. I don't want anyone to feel anxious or uncomfortable coming to vintage ads because they don't know what they'll be facing. That sucks, I know that first hand, and it sucks. Please NEVER hesitate to contact me with any concern, issue or idea you have for Vintage Ads either.
