Boxing Day Sales
Well today I went to the Boxing Day Sales in the city. Melbourne was really really busy, especially MYER. We arrived at MYER at about 9:30am and it was packed. The people at the fruit and nuts counter were selling cards and girft wrap because the counters had enormous lines. It was like feeding time at the zoo. Everyone was grabbing everything and running to the counters. We decided to leave MYER and go to the other stores that weren't so packed. David Jones had 15% off entertainment but sadly the Mini iPods weren't reduced =(
I bought some Paul Frank T-Shirts at Rogues, a couple of DVD's from JB-Hi Fi, A Playstation 2 game from David Jones and a bag for my friend's birthday. Overall it was a pretty good day although my feet are still sore from all the walking around. I can't imagine how tired the people working at MYER would be.
