So I figured I might as well...

..try to make an honest effort to *sigh* post entries on a daily basis just so I can start committing to something. I was reading the update that I did in the previous entry and I thought it might be nice to kinda expand on that a little bit more, kinda tell you what all has happened since and try to explain where the heck I am and what I'm doing.

Everything that encompassed the previous post:

I loved working at Universal for HHN. Yes, some nights were bad. Some nights sucked so bad. But that was maybe the first few ones when I was winded, out of shape, and puking my guts out from over-heating. The rest of the nights were cake. Delicious, tasty cake. I'll admit, I had some good times working there scaring people and getting to know my cast and crew, however it won't compare to the times I shared with my friends in Orlando that I stayed with. Great friends, good times.

So I'm done there (obviously) and even though I still have my ID and can go there for free whenever I want to, I can't really right now because I'm in Kennesaw, GA.

(Good segway, no?)

I moved. I packed up my stuff and moved January 14th to a town a little bit north of Atlanta called Kennesaw. Hills, mountains, dips, etc. Nothing like flat Florida. NOTHING. Lots of stairs......yeah.

I moved up here for a few reasons. Mainly because of promises and because I spent 2 years earning a certificate of ministry and I thought it'd be good to put it to use. So I came and I thought I was going to be mainly involved in youth ministry. Turns out that this church is so small, they've only got 1 thirteen year old kid. Yeah, so not much of a youth ministry there. Talking with the pastor, who's a really great guy, we both kinda discover that my main passions are technology and music. I kinda knew that before I talked with him, but it seemed to become more concrete when we talked about what I really enjoy doing and what I could do to pursue those passions. So with those in mind, I'm aiming myself into a direction that will allow me to pursue those things. I say all of that to kinda explain that all I'm really doing up here is working on computers and playing bass/guitar/drums for worship. (No, not all at one time)

I do miss my family. Mom's better from her jet-ski accident. No more back brace. Back at work. She's definitely happier to be back doing and going and all that stuff. My brother recently had surgery on his lower back for a cyst that was annoying him and worrying him. Got it removed and he's on the way to recovery.

I miss the cat a little bit too.

Not too much though.

Anyways, now that we've covered all of that, I can tell you about things that have been happeneing while I've been in Kennesaw.

...On the next post.
