trying to be the hero

went shopping today for groceries 'cause we were running low on milk and whatnot. that was pretty much an in and out operation. went to band practice and that went as well as could be expected with the exception of a drummer. went to church and jenna was there. i 'bout peed in my pants cause it was unexpected and i guess i was in shock to see her face again. it's been nearly a year since i last saw her and seeing her again was both good and bad. good because it was great to see her again and be able to talk to her. bad because...well...you know the story goes. all in all, it was good to see her again and after that i pretty much went home because i was both physically and emotionally drained. i'm going to go see my dad tomorrow, i've heard he's doing better and that's good.
