I got to play Worms.
Need I say more?
I missed that damn game (and the fuckin' nutty people that play it) sooo much. I swear, it's digital crack.
I feel like I've been too lazy the past couple of days though. I haven't really been going out of my way to hustle and look for a job, but I am going to make up for it tomorrow by sending out resumes to several business, as well as applying at every business I come across.
I'm staying at my friend Michelle's house for the time being, unofficially. Even though I am not kicked out of my apartment yet, I know it's a matter of time before it's official and I will most likely have to stay here until I can scrounge up enough money (and/or a potential roommate) and get another apartment.
I'm trying to be respectful and not step on any toes, since I'm indebted to Michelle for her help. *crosses fingers*
It's like... 5 a.m. I've been up ALL NIGHT playing Worms. Did I mention how much I miss that game? Let me mention it again... I MISS WORMS.
For me, Worms: Armageddon is the game equivalent of meeting that 'special someone' that you can get married to and spend the rest of your life with. It never gets old, and always stays as entertaining as the first day you got it. If it were only infused with Star Wars somehow, I would dedicate my life to it.
I've been listening to some new music later. The new Gang Starr cd is kinda hot, and I'm really lovin' the new Prefuse 73 tracks I've been hearing.
For anyone interesting in some good underground hip-hop, check out www.definitivejux.com or .net. Whichever.
Reccommended songs:
MURS - God's Work
Gang Starr - Skillz
Aesop Rock - anything
Prefuse 73 - anything
Blackaliscious - A-G, Alphabet Aerobics, Rock the Spot
Cannibal Ox - The F-Word
I'm out like a fat kid in dodgeball.
