"Tales From the Crypt" thumbs up for pure campiness.
"Night Gallery" two thumbs up because Rod Serling always always rocks.
"Alfred Hitchcock Hour" thumbs up except for Alfred's wraparound segments which were very tiresome.
"Tales From the Darkside" Thumbs down for boring stories and ugly actors, though their beginning theme music is actually a little chilling.
"Freddy's Nightmares" Pure stupidity and very confusing. Both thumbs way way down. I'm still trying to figure out why Freddy Krueger was a part of that show. He would just randomly appear in the story even though he had nothing to do with anything.
In other news I can't seem to stay awake. Which is bizarre given that I usually suffer from the opposite problem. All I've done since I've gotten to my parents' place is eat and sleep and watch the CHILL channel. Tomorrow I simply must get out of the house and do something. I slept for four hours after dinner and yet I'm still contemplating going directly to bed after I finish this. I'm either going to do that or listen to a "This American Life" segment. I brought some books to read, but I just don't have the energy today.
