Hi again!  Toby here, with updates on Canute cosplay.  I'm mostly finished with it, and because I put on my incomplete cosplay at a friend's request, then she and I went outdoors to make a silly video, today you get pictures and video from the event!  Isn't that fun?



I haven't fully attached the fur collar or finished the cloak brooch, so this post is brought to you by fallaparty costumes and safety pins!





This costume is mostly wool, which makes it actually a rather practical getup for cold outdoor weather.  Knowing this, I'm now rather terrified of taking it to the con, because I'll be sweating balls.



I should have put on makeup.  I look so pink and not properly manly.   :(

Aaaand, the silly video.  I'm quite upset as Youtube compressed the shit out of it and you can hardly see any details.  Anybody know of better video hosting sites that won't grain it up?
