(no subject)
So it seems I survived the flight out, and my first two weeks without much in the way of internet access (which is a lot less troubling when it's nice outside)
No progress on the job front yet, but that's largely because I haven't bothered, since we don't have a car.
Otherwise, things are going well, and as much as I miss some people, I sure as hell feel a lot better here than I did there. The air feels much cleaner, and the warm, beautiful weather doesn't hurt.

Climbing, I'd swear you could actually see the curvature of the Earth over the ocean, but I assume that's just my imagination.
