Specifically, the
grabbing thereof. I ask you, Internet, do I really need to go any further with this post? It's all going to be downhill from here; I cannot top the BBC's ace reporting on the matter of Goat Grabbing.
I have spent my day doing what I would have called "chores and homework" before I moved away from home, so now call "housework and homework," which just means the same thing. I did cleaning, laundry, and have been writing (or attempting to write) my thesis for most of the day. The Laundry, it should be noted, takes a lot of time, because I have to walk three blocks to the laundromat and sit about doing little to nothing while it washes and dries. I eagerly await having a laundry room in my own building, nay, my own floor, so that I don't lose hours to sitting around a laundromat while All My Children plays on the television.
I continue to look for a new job, though the market shrinks pretty quickly once you already have a low-end job and are now looking for something a bit higher on the pay ladder. Still, I continue to press onward, because I just got a bunch of papers all about my student loans and I would really rather pay them back with monies earned from a job that wants me to have a college degree. Yes, that would be a fine thing indeed.
