Fullmetal Alchemist Character
Sometimes when I read a book, manga series, or see a movie I really like, I create a character of my own. I've done this with Sherlock Holmes, Harry Potter, Bleach, and Fullmetal Alchemist. Awhile ago, I had this idea of a character who has a metal gauntlet that can materialize out of his of her arm. I wasn't sure what it would do, all I know is that is was there. But when I started to read Fullmetal, I realized that in this Universe, I could really do something with my idea. But also, next to the main character of the series, my idea looks like I stole it. That's because the character has a automail arm(an artificial arm that the user can move like a regular arm).
The more I read the series, the more I added things to this character. The gauntlet would be brought out through alchemy(alchemy is a key role in the Fullmetal series). Once out, the person can, through alchemy, harness the electric ions in the atmosphere and disperse them in waves and bolts of electricity. But the person could only send electricity over a distance if the gauntlet is touching the ground or something that connects the two locations. He or she could also shock somebody when they hold a bit of electricity in the gauntlet and punch or touch them. Yeah, I know that sounds weird and convoluted, and if you haven't read the series, it makes even less sense.
I still have a lot to do with this. I hope that I will be able to write some fanfics with it. I'll keep you all updated if I come up with anything else If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate it.
