Chick flick night. Enjoyed the Julia half. The Julie half, not so much.
Zipped through Geoff Emerick's book about engineering the Beatles. A welcome perspective.
Got another guitar. Fender Jaguar HH. Short scale neck is a little easier to play. Need more wall hangers for all my guitars. Or sell something. I have 2 acoustics, Fender P Bass, Epi Casino, Les Paul Studio, American Standard Strat Deluxe w/ v-neck, MiM Jazzmaster and a Tele Plus. And a Memphis LP copy from the 70s and a played out thrift store Mustang. And I want a AmStd Tele. Also bought a new cymbal set last week. Payoff for all the hard work I do. Now if I only had some real talent, I'd be in business.
Can't wait for June and CoasterCon at Kennywood. Keeping me going in an increasingly tough job. Need to plan a trip before then. Need to take more time off this year.
Missing my bike rides. Don't like to ride when it's cold. Tomorrow is looking good with temps in the 60s.
