Despite the heat I had a decent Saturday.
Jon rang about 2 and asked if we fancied going for some lunch. So my twin John, Jon and myself headed into town and had a nice luch in a greasy spoon. I plumped for overly-strong tea and a bacon bagette - very tasty.
Then Jon gives me a ring at about 7. Us three head out to Bristol to Cribbs Causeway to watch the latest X-men film. My twin hadn't seen the first two, so he was totally bewildered by it all. But there was enough jazz in it to keep him entertained. Cribbs Causeway's cinema is one of those American-style multiplexes with the massive screens and decent seating, none of those nasty tip-up seats there :). I enjoyed it, although I did prefer the first two.
We did stay for the extra bit after the credits, as did a surprising number of people. It felt like some sort of club :).
