So busy : (
Well, I'd been playing to take a couple of days off from FF just because I was getting bored with fishing and watching LS chat talking about how awesome BLU is.
Life responded by making me busy as hell. Not all bad, I've been going out and spending a lot of time recording some music, but I just haven't been home much and when I have been home, I've had other things I've wanted to do more than FF. FF is always what I've done when I was bored; the difference is now that I have a job I'm bored a lot less since I'm not filling in entire days.
I think, however, things are slowing down enough that I'll be logging in for a while tomorrow. The funny thing right now is that I don't really miss it, probably based on the fact I haven't been bored. I still enjoy the game, of course, so I'm not planning on quitting. I'm pretty sure that I'm done being an "every day" player, though, where I'm generally on for at least a while every night.
The only thing that worries me is that a lot of times I'd log in for events (Limbus is a good example) and end up wasting an hour before I find out we have too many RDMs and volunteering to sit out. The one thing I hope is that LS officers can come up with a better organizational system so I and anyone else who has limited time to play now aren't wasting our time when we do log on. Honestly, we have enough people now that it's time to work out some system instead of "Everyone show up and we'll take the first 18!" It's sort of ridiculous having to decide if I should leave work early so I can make it there an hour before an event starts to give myself a chance to participate (not something I've done yet, but I do know people who have).
