I am glad that people are posting more, that makes me very happy! I have just a few requests for everyone who is going to be posting. If you could read through this and soak it all in, that would be greatly appreciated!
Number one, Maggie and I are going to be doing a lot of working at Crater Lake this summer, so our LJ time will be limited at best. We are in need of someone who can help us run VVF while we are away from the Interwebs. This person will need to keep up with monitoring the community and answering any questions people have regarding the community. If you are interested in this job, please send me a PM with just a few words about yourself and why you think you would be best-suited for this position. I want VVF to be a big community someday, so we need dedicated members/admins. I'm trying to be dedicated (though I have epicly failed in the past).
Number two, we need more buttons/banners advertising the community. I am limited in my free time as of late because I am preparing to leave for Crater Lake/see Gil. If a few of you could create some banners or buttons for the community, that would be splendid! Just send me the link for the photo and I will put them up on the profile page for the community. Even if you don't think you are very good at graphics, try anyway! Everything is appreciated!
***Number three, when posting a story, I would like for you to put your username in the tags. It makes it easier for people to find stories by one author without having to dig through all of our entries.
***Number four, make sure you post a summary with your story when you post it. Even if you have just a few words, it will help everyone greatly.
***Number five, if you read a story, please, please, please, please, please, please post a comment regarding the story. This will help people decide whether or not to continue posting the story on our community. But remember to be nice! Constructive criticism is always what we're looking for!
