I think I am going to pick up a physical journal. Something with some heft as opposed to the intangible electrons. There is something much more personal about smeared ink and mashed pulp than pixels on a screen.

I am going to take it with me everywhere and drop my thoughts in it. I need to find different places to sit and watch.

It's always awkward. Just remember: mind over everything else.
