Practical and feasible. I know it is highly subjective, but what do you find makes a proper ally?

Strength, whether it be physical or mental. Loyalty and devotion. The ability to follow orders. Soldiers, healers and advisors.

Healers. That is one thing I did not yet have on my mental list. And while loyalty and devotion take time, they are highly valuable and worthwhile.

Probably not much of a revolution if everyone knows about it.

On the contrary. A revolution is spread through the people, by word of mouth. Most or all must know if it is to succeed. A coup is the private variation.
