One thing that has worried me somewhat about Barack Obama is that while he relates to global youth movements and values, his understanding of Foreign Policy left much to be desired.
When asked, what America's three main allies were in the world he answered...
Japan
(Correct)
The EU as a Whole
(What the?)
and he couldn't manage a third, fumbling out that
'China is neither friend nor foe.'
I mean, what a retard.
There's Canada, UK, Australia, Israel, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, Pakistan so on and so forth the list continues for some time.
But...
Today Hillary Clinton came out with trumps, which the sad truth is may serve to galvinize domestic patriotism....
This morning, on Good Morning America;
"I want the Iranians to know that if I'm the president, we will attack Iran," Clinton said. "In the next 10 years, during which they might foolishly consider launching an attack on Israel, we would be able to totally obliterate them."
Wow!!!
Not even Bush used war as an election promise.
The US is bogged down in a war in both Iraq and Afghanistan. The Chinese are undergoing a staggering transformation into a global superpower. The American economy is on the bring of recession.
AND HILLARY IS PROMISING THAT IF ELECTED SHE WILL ENGAGE IN YET ANOTHER WAR.
A war, no less, against a Shia controlled country (as opposed to ex-sunni ruled Iraq). What a way to unite every creed of Islam, or in other words 1.5 billion people, against the US!
I'm just dumbfounded. Completely.
