Yes, I have had that baby. Toby was born on February 22, at 4:25 pm. By 4:26 pm, I was so madly in love with him that I've spent the last two weeks simply staring at him in total awe ( Read more... )

Congratulations! I've been wondering how you and yours are doing. If you're having trouble with LJ and photos, you might try a link to Flickr or Photobucket. LJ has its ups and downs these days, dealing with a lot of denial of service attacks coming out of Russia.

My latest "family addition" is a mule foal. She was 9 months old when I got her and is now almost a yearling. Zebra-striped knees and attitude out the wazoo.

Did you have Toby at home?

Ooo, mule foal - must be adorable! I've noticed lj has had problems as of late. Shame, really.

I didn't have him at home. We are too far from a hospital to even consider it. I had him at the swank hospital in town - labored for 24 hours in a jacuzzi with views of tropical gardens before submitting to the damn c section. Sigh.being sliced open while wide awake is not ideal for someone with severe medical phobias, let me tell you! But he is here, and that's what counts.

Well, given that you ended up having a c-section I'm very glad to hear that you were at the swank hospital!

Looking forward to family pictures.

Awww congrats mama! Wish that photo post works soon!

I'm having baby boy #2 in June. I fell head over heels in love when Caden was born too. I couldn't believe I could love something more than I love my dogs - haha. But wow!
