I have this pet theory that Real!Syaoran is sekritly CCS!Syaoran. And. Um. The comment that Syaoran is Clow's 'blood relative' in Chapter 166 of Tsubasa is just adding fuel to the fire.

(other shared characteristics are: fighting style, sword, magic, favorite spell, other stuff I can't think of atm)
