Apparently a librarian at my local branch recently quit/gave her notice. Heard it from a friend and so, again I say to the Universe 'okay! I get it. Message delivered. Your turn.'

Walked away from therapy with a prescription, which is odd, as she's not an MD. So it's to listen to a book on tape, which I think is funny because it's a book *I* told her to read in the first place and that's just . . . cool. I know you're all on the edges of your seats, so I'll let you know how it turns out.

Just finished Bones and, well, I'm kinda pissed. Every season it's like they set her back to when the show first started and she was a walking advertisement for Social Maladjustment or Asperger's or Misanthropy or Being People Stupid, ignoring nearly all character development of the past year. I get after all that time away, in solitude and immersion, she wouldn't be the person she was at the end of last season, but she's not even on the same character path. Grr! And Argh! And, basically, I call 'bullshit!'

Lastly, because it's both Very Cool and Kinda Funny, mom's taking her Columbus Day Weekend and going to Majorca with a friend from work. I'm sure there are things to do there, but I have visions of her coming back tatooed and spring-flinged (so to speak) and I just hope her friend has a camera, brings it, and knows how to use it.
