Looking at some of the bridges labeled "structurally deficient" in the report [pdf] MnDOT posted, an examination of the list of bridges in Hennepin County alone yields the following:

The 35W bridge over the Mississippi River is now listed as "closed". However, the Diamond Lake Road overpass over 35W is listed as "open", but this bridge was demolished a couple months ago as part of the Crosstown reconstruction project. Others listed include a railroad bridge over Highway 12 west of Wayzata, the 76th Street and 94th Street overpass over 35W, Highway 7 and Minnetonka Boulevard, both over Highway 100, the railroad bridge over I-394 between Highway 100 and Louisiana Avenue (built in 1988!), the overpass that carried the through lanes of southbound I-35W over the Highway 65 ramp into downtown Minneapolis, the bridge to access Lyndale Avenue and westbound Highway 62 from northbound I-35W (scheduled to be replaced as part of the Crosstown project), the bridge that carries eastbound Highway 62 into the Crosstown Commons, two bridges in the east junction of I35W and Highway 62, both I-35W overpasses over 60th Street. Also on the list is the railroad bridge over Central Avenue in northeast Minneapolis.

In Ramsey County, there is also the Lafayette Bridge over the Mississippi River and an overpass just south of that (at Eaton Street). Also, there is the Larpenteur Avenue overpass over Highway 280. Add to that the Cayuga Bridge on I-35E north of downtown St. Paul and the I-35E bridge over Pennsylvania Avenue - less than a mile from the Capitol!
