I thought I had a clear winner in the cupcake contest, but....still not sure.
The batter for the woman's day recipe was excellent and more like a mouse - it was really thick and whipped (though I halved the recipe so things could have been a bit off).
They taste good, but still light and fluffy! And kinda dry.
WHY oh WHY can't there just be a good cupcake recipe?!?!?!
Maybe I should change my plans.
