Not what I wanted....
But I was bored so I just went with it.
I want one of those super poofy tutus. LIke this one modeled by the beautiful Hannah:

I think I'd have to put layers and layers and layers and layers (once more) and layers of tulle and then sew the stretched out elastic to it so I'd bunch up when it snapped back. This is more like one of those flowing ones - not as cute.
I'll pick up some more tulle and make her a proper one soon.
