Seasons of Love
What is your favorite season? My favorite season is fall. The dying leaves and the way the burn smell in the air. There is also that overtone of ozone. The climate is just perfect. Not bitter cold just sharp enough. Its around Halloween, were people get to play, and dress up, and it is one of the most powerful pagan holidays of the year. Where the promise of the first kiss of snow is looming, and walking on the beach with a sweater and feeling the sand between your toes is beautiful and relazing because it isn't too hot.
Why is it your favorite season? Pumpkins, dressing up, Halloween, its cooloer out, fresh breezes, pomagranetes,apples, spicy scents, burning wood. Going back to school (I dug learning) and the prospect of things being different. The way the air always smelt and how you barely had to wear a jacket, pumpkin pie, pumpkin anything, hot cider, hay rides, haunted houses, getting my newphew dressed and myself and going trick or treating.
