Amy's plans.
Amy is already looking into going back to work part-time in Autumn.
We don't want Nyambe to be cared for by anyone except us but we think we can work out a schedule to suit us all.
I'm mostly tutoring again which means I have reasonably flexible hours and Amy is hoping to job share with Becca so that she does three days one week and two days the next and Becca does the reverse.
Amy wants to work because she enjoys her job and because she hasn't worked for very long so she wants to keep up a good record of employment. The hours here are much better because she is finished for the day by 1.30pm and she's always been super organised so she can leave when the children go home and she'll do any extra planning in the evenings once we get Nyambe tucked up in her crib.
Amy has my full support because we both have careers that are important to us and why should hers be any less valid than mine? Thankfully not all of the world is slipping back into the dark ages. ;)
