My Asian friends, take note!
I voluntarily ate sushi today.
Well, California rolls. Does that count? "Sunny" variety Four of 'em. And now I'm craving more.
And what I thought before eating them was, "How many different ways can I eat them? Do people peel off the wrap clockwise and then proceed to eat the rice clockwise and on with the fillings? Or do some folks plop out the fillings and eat them first with their fingers? Does the Law of Reese's apply to California rolls, namely,
"There's no wrong way... to eat a [item name here.]"
I don't think they do. But it is worth considering. (As is Ellen Page, for Best Actress in a Movie! Julie Christie's cool & all, and she was in Fahrenheit 451 -- twice -- but seriously, her performance is so taken-for-granted as the winner, I'll love to see someone unexpected get it.) (Also worth considering is Grandma Yugi/Samara fanfic. You'll thank me one day... oh, wait, you already did. :D) Vifetoile, spreading joy and happiness since [insert birthdate here].
Must issue a correction: a year ago, we announced that a friend had turned eighteen, and waved a small imaginary flag in celebration. We have found this statement to be a complete untruth, as the friend turned eighteen yesterday. We apologize for the inconvenience and, in our mind, have burned the small flag.
(We'll make a new one, don't worry.)
I'm finding it hard to type this because I'm listening to 'You Can't Stop The Beat!' Thank you Sabrina, for your iPod! XDDD You mightn't like this, but this song is so Naruto! (Jiraiya is the John Travolta character.)
