Ah...the wonders of butter.
I did that thing I do once every blue moon.
COOKING.
Uh huh! I cooked! Albeit a simple recipe but it's still cooking. I made Mashed Potatoes. Using this recipe. It was a bitch to mash and peel but worth it at the end.
Made a few modifications to the recipe. Boiled whole potato then skinned it. Mashed it and poured in butter mixed with salt and pepper. No milk cause no one in my family drinks plain milk.
