Empowered
Man, I really fell in love with how strange this comic is based on these two cosplayers. Characters are Sistah Spooky and Mindfuck, and the comic likes to parody the stupid situations Girl Heroes get stuck in. shot late in the evening, I had a lot of fun with lighting and trying to create atmosphere.
Young Avengers
Oh goodness this group- so awesome for being epic troopers out in the sun, dealing with the INSANE crowds and getting locked out of the con center- I ended up reusining the same location as Empowered, something I usually try to avoid as much as possible, but the INSANE crowds and the fact that we had to start late just to get everyone together made moving off elsewhere difficult, and this worked really well for what I wanted- bright, vibrant, and cool-toned comic things.
Catwoman
Mage was awesome, and helped hold flashes for me (As did Adrian, though I didn't get a chance to shoot him this time), and I did some shots of her lovely Catwoman in exchange. Mage is beautiful, and a treat to shoot~ This con really spoiled me for fun photos, and now I'm itching to shoot again, even though my schedule doesn't really allow.
I'm really proud with how these turned out~
