And thus it all begins!
I had a pretty good day yesterday. I went into the office at 8:30. It was slow as sin, and Adam, the supervisor, came over and told us it was free reign to go on the internet day. I spent the next 6 hours playing BS games online and surfing the net. Sarah and I were planning on going to a movie, so we invited Ariel. It ended up that she couldn't make it though.
We went to Tia's, which is one scary looking building, and ordered two diet cokes and ranch chicken salads. Mmm. It was delicious :) Not a bad price either. We hopped back to PATLive to get her car (a cherry red mustang - swooooon) and then she followed me to my house. Ah, we were gonna be late for the movie. Now, I love my car... but I wasn't going to speed horribly to get there on time ;) We got there around 7, and it was suppose to start at 6:50... Ah well.
We went to the huka bar instead ;) Sheesha Nights. It was really gorgeous in there, I suppose it wasn't what we were expecting. We stuck out like a sore thumb, two preppy little white girls in name brand clothing with perfect hair... Ha. Mmm. Let me tell you this, we ordered -perfectly-. We had a pot or Arabic tea and a mango flavored huka between the two of us.
We spent the next three hours smoking the huka, watching some godawful foreign movie, joking around and teasing people in general. It was a blast! Sarah, I heart you! Mmm. We felt like babies though. At 8 we said 'We're leaving if this isn't done in 5 minutes'... then again at 8:15, and 8:30, and 8:35... Finally at 9:00 we gave in and left. We actually had to leave before the huka was done... we were spent. OoooOooOoOo... getting up was fun ;)
She headed out when we got back home and I spent a bit of my time on the computer before Eddie came over. Then I spent about an hour getting tiles for scrabble on Lensmoor... Damn, I scored 17 points with 'Jumble', however I had the tiles needed to do marjorie, jambul, abjurer, jocular and jumbo as well. Mmm. Sleep overtook me next and I fell asleep at the boy's feet snuggling to my body pillow.
