Lately I have had severe anxiety/loneliness/boredom.... I am working out more, but that definitely is not working... yesterday my head was about to explode so I went for a 3 mile run and when I got back I was more anxious than before... I don't know what's going on... I am just not myself.
I am hoping that a couple of girls nights and a concert spread out over the next week will help me to calm down, but who knows?
