I'm really bad at explaining stuff, but there are tutorials on how to upload mood themes all up and down LJ. If you wanna upload it by way of the Admin Console, a .txt file is included in the zip and proper instructions on how to use it can be found HERE; thanks to the lovely crackified
If you hate the Admin Console, like me, just go to the Custom Mood Theme Editor. Set up from there is pretty self-explanatory:
-Give the Theme a name
-Hit "Edit"
-Plug in the URLs for each image AFTER you've uploaded them to a server.
-Plug in the proper image sizes below the URLs (This theme happens to be 90x45)
-Save all that and hit "Use" back at the Custom Editor page.
