3 resolutions for 2008
When I am eating, I will not sit in front of a computer, TV, or a book to distract myself. I will be mindful of what i am putting in my mouth and my body as a reflection of what i am nurturing in myself.
I will strive to be more honest with friends and loved ones in my life, bringing up things that are bothering me or when i am feeling like something is bothering them, just trying to communicate more openly rather than let things go unsaid, which just eats away at bonds and trust. i am recommitting myself to struggle more in relationships and remember what we share as well.
i will try to go to sleep at 11pm every night and wake up at 6:45am to either jog or write and reflect. Jogging 2 times a week and writing 5 days a week. I will write to clear my head and clarify my intentions.
