(no subject)
Gah, I hate being sick! I've been feeling kind of not-fully-okay ever since Christmas but didn't have any temperature, just some annoying cough and sniffles. That just continued on and on :/.
I finally went to the doctor last week and he diagnosed sinusitis and prescribed antibiotics for about a week. Well, cue this week and me feeling more congested than ever and even my ears feeling congested, so I booked another appointment for today.
Ultrasound thingy confirmed sinusitis was still going on (he was actually looking a bit gleeful at how bad it was since it gave such clear markers on the ultrasound thingy :P). He was suspecting pneumonia, and ordered chest x-rays, but luckily it wasn't that bad, only bronchitis :P. More antibiotics and a couple of days sick leave. Maybe I'll finally make some headway on my horrendous drama backlist...
Still, I feel my sister has me stumped this season's disease chart, since she managed to get sinusitis, bronchitis, and otitis in one go :). I only got two out of three :D.
On more positive stuff, today I got all the bonuses for Chrismas in addition to my regular pay, so had a fun time going on a major shopping spree. Tsubasa's solo singles, JE calendars (NEWS & K8), MU Premium for 2 years, SS Pro for a couple of months, novels & manga from Amazon.com and thebookdepository.co.uk (DWJ's latest!) and one more Kiva loan on the list :D.
