BASTARDS!!!!! Though I had read some vague spoilers about this (even though I did my best to avoid them), it is so unfair that Toshiko had to die! Owen, on the other hand was already dead (well, sort of)!
I loved James Marsters' appearance, and it looks like he might be back some more in the future. It was kind of inevitable that if Jack had been spent millennia looking for a lost brother, they just had to turn evil :P.
I wonder what they'll do for new personnel now that both their science geniuses are gone?
