(no subject)
I had to clear out some stuff from my computer before being able to get the rest of TattaKoi, so I watched the Shonen Club Premium episode with Kinki Kids and episode 3 of Galileo.
I'm not too familiar with Kinki Kids, since I've only heard some songs by them and have seen Koichi in one drama and one drama special. Apparently this was the first time there were two people in SCP apart from Taichi who's hosting the show.
The episode was very fun to watch and I've always thought the few SCPs I've seen have been very interesting in that they offer more glimpses of the people in the show, because it's such a relaxed intimate setting with just a few people chatting with each other (of course the film crew is there as well, but still...).
One thing that is always hilarious are the people's reactions to the embarrassing clips from their junior years :D. I also loved both Tsubasa and Nagase's video clips.
Tsuyoshi gave a turban as a gift to Tsubasa?! LOL! And Nagase and Koichi are comfortable enough with each other that they can just relax when together without saying anything to each other (best kind of friendship, really :)).
Galileo 3
I loved how Utsumi was again ranting at Yukawa about the case he brought her, but in the next moment fell silent and was so clearly doing ogling him when he was doing some wall-climbing (me too... XD). Even though romance isn't the main focus of this drama, there is definite chemistry between the two leads.
Heh, it's so obvious that the so-called poltergeist phenomenon must be something completely natural, since it always happens at exactly the same time and the house where it happens is the only one in the immediate vicinity that isn't made of brick (so not as sturdy). But of course Utsumi goes for the supernatural explanation so that Yukawa will have to show her that it's something that can be explained by science :).
Speculating: those four killed the missing guy and stashed him in the sewers which are flushed every day at the same time, but his body is causing a blockage that causes all that shaking and disturbance in the house that had been built right on top of one of the point in the sewers...
Later: YATTA!!!! Hah, I was right with the idea, though not the exact particulars :D!
I also love the brief moment in the end when Utsumi asked if she could stay a while in Yukawa's lab and he was sensitive enough to leave her alone for a while, because the case had clearly affected her so much :).
Looks like I won't have time to watch more TattaKoi today, since I'll have to go to sleep fairly early since my shift tomorrow morning starts at 7 a.m. :P. Today has been rather rainy and cloudy, so I haven't really been able to see that much of the fireworks. In addition, I should probably go to bed before midnight so I'll miss most of them anyway.
Anyway, HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008 EVERYONE!!! I hope next year will be a better year for everyone who is reading this.
Now I'll go back to checking my f-list in case someone has already uploaded the Johnny's Countdown 2007-2008... :D
