Changes in musical taste
The older I've become, the more unashamedly frothy my reading taste has become. I still do enjoy serious novels as well, but I'm no longer ashamed of liked romance or crossover romance. Another thing that I've noticed is that my music taste has become heavier. Well, it's still not into death metal or something like that, but when I was in my teens I only listened to some really corny 80s pop songs like Bananarama or Limahl or Nik Kershaw etc., but nowadays my favourites seem to be something along the lines of Metallica and Rammstein...
I still do like disco-based music, i.e. techno (and the combination of hard rock & techno is the best), but I've also found new musical favourites like the Bollywood soundtracks which are full of wonderful songs. Nowadays my ITunes has a song list that features c. 286 Bollywood/Indian oriented songs and 540 songs in total, and the Bollywood songs are the ones I listen to most.
