Hanadan episode 5
This episode was absolutely fantastic, now I can't stop grinning. Warning, contains lots of incoherent squeeing :).
Aww, I love how Rui is listening to Makino and Domyouji's conversation on the phone that is still open.
And it's so Domyouji that he's blaming Makino's poor timing :). Loved the mangling of language again, "My NBA made me do it." LOL.
Heh, Makino gets so flustered when she hears that he came to the hospital and is clearly wondering if he saw Rui kiss her. And he says that he saw Rui there. Uh oh.
Whoa, Rui lounging artistically on the bed!!! Though I think that position looked rather uncomfortable :).
Domyouji is trying to make Makino tell him about the kiss, asking if something happened between her and Rui at the hospital. She's so bad at lying when she denies that anything happened there. Then he clearly voices the question: "Did he kiss you?" And she still denies it, only making Domyouji angrier and angrier at her.
Aww, he's so jealous and in pain there. And Makino is confused and uncomfortable, because the kiss surprised her completely and she just doesn't know how to handle it. Sniff.
So, Akira is telling Shigeru about Makino and Domyouji. It seems he has jumped ships and is now rooting for Domyouji and Shigeru. At least he's encouraging Shigeru a lot and telling her not to give up too easily on Domyouji.
Heh, Makino's loud clearing of her throat behind Domyouji's door was pretty amusing. And then she listened at the door trying to hear if he was inside. Aww, how cute.
It seems Soujiro is still shipping Makino and Tsukasa, since he's arguing with Akira at the F4 lounge about them. And Rui is just lounging there, amused by their argument :).
Heh, just when Soujiro was saying that Tsukasa doesn't even hang out with them anymore, the screaming heralding his arrival starts below.
ROFFLE! Love the look of suprise on Domyouji's face when that girl starts imitating Makino's jumping before she throws a punch at someone. But he just pushes her away and she reverts to type by being glad that he even touched her :).
Domyouji is there to confront Rui and is totally picking for a fight. He, on the other hand, is cool as ever, and asks if Domyouji is mad about the kiss. And then Domyoji punches him. And they are fighting! I've never seen Rui that angry before!
Oh the ANGST! Domyoji is asking Rui is he's serious about Makino? He clearly fears the answer, but has to ask it anyway. Rui: "I'm serious." Soujiro and Akira both look surprised and worried at the same time, because they know that this is going to strain the friendship between them all.
Makino is calling Rui to tell him how very thankful she is for the way he arranged her to take the exam and is saying that for once she could treat him. He is, after all, always feeding her :). Heh, she's saying she could take him somewhere inexpensive that rich guys like him never go to. He looks so happy talking with her. Oh Rui, you are going to break your heart!
Domyouji, on the other hand, looks deeply unhappy sitting in the back of his car and remembering the conversation in the F4 lounge. Rui is telling that it would have been fine with him if things had worked out between Domyoji and Makino, but since Domyoji ignored Makino for a whole year, he has no right to complain about things now. Rui has a point, but oh the hurt look on Domyoji's face. He's clearly on the verge of tears there!
But as is typical for him, he takes out his pain in a physical fashion, throwing that huge flower pot down - luckily nobody was hurt... Then he's punching people left and right and SCREAMING in anguish. This hurts so much!!!
LOL, when Makino gets to the school, she sees the completely wrecked room and people nursing various hurts and wonders what happened there. Whoa, that room is absolutely totalled! Heh, the guys tell her that Domyoji got violent... They ask her to make her feelings clear, because she is the one that is causing all the trouble. Akira tiredly tells her that they always end up clearing the mess after Domyoji goes on a rampage. But Soujiro is being awesome and supportive of her.

Heh, Soujiro is telling Makino that he used to go the area she now lives frequently when he was younger. Yesh, we are getting to his backstory! Can't wait.
Hee, Makino is trying to pair Yuki off with Soujiro and suggests he take her to the beach on his bike, but he says the he doesn't ride with girls.
EEEEK! The conversation between Rui and Makino in the restaurant: "I wonder when it happened?" "When what happened?" "When I started liking you."
Oh RUI, RUI, RUI! His confession about how he initially found her annoying, but slowly started to fall for her is so sweet, but... *fears the heartbreak* She's looking very uncomfortable during all this.
She's so in denial about how much she loves Domyouji, but she has to make up her mind one way or another. And it's, of course, very clear who she will choose in the end, but I can see why she's confused at this point. But, poor Rui!
Awww, Susumu falling in love with that girl during his exam is so cute. And OMG! Domyoji offering relationship advice to him and helping him to come up with a plan to meet the girl again! Heee! He's telling Susumu to confess his feelings right away, because if she's that hot, he has to take his chance now before other guys notice her.
Eee, he's telling Susumu to have confidence since he is after all the little brother of the girl he, the great Domyouji, has accepted. LOL, love his sense of self-worth :D. "Well, you're not on MY level, but you're handsome enough." *roffle* Hee, love the male bonding in this scene! And AWWWW, he's calling Susumu "little bro".
Oh dear, Tsukasa is offering to check the love letter Susumu think of writing. *fears*
OMG! OMG! LMAO! Domyouji recruits Akira and Soujiro to help him with Susumu! OMG! *dies* "The time has come to make use of your playboy lifestyles." *DIES* And they give him a total makeover, haircut, beauty salon treatment and all. HEEEE!!!! This is so totally AWESOME! LOVE THIS! I'm grinning like mad here! My face is starting to hurt :D.
Aww, Domyouji is outside the school waiting for Susumu and to support him.
This is so wonderful! Susumu looks so touched that Domyouji came. Oh God, I'm starting to cry now. Domyoji is being so great there. *SQUEE* I love the way he's sitting there, waiting to hear how things went with Susumu and the girl, and thinking of Makino.
LOL, the guys are asking Makino about her little brother, and she thinks they are talking about the exam results. Then they start behaving strangely, because she clearly doesn't know about Susumu's feelings. Heh!
Sniff! Love the way Tsukasa comforts Susumu when comes back with the letter. :´(.
But when they are walking home together, Makino sees them together and immediately jumps to conclusions again. She asks him to stay away from them, because he only brings trouble to people around him. Susumu is horrified at Makino's words and tries to explain, but she accuses Tsukasa of brainwashing him.
EEEE! OMG! OMG! Domyouji is telling Makino that he loves her and can't imagine being with any other girl! And she accuses him of being selfish! "You might think I'm a jerk, but I'm still in love with you." EEEEE!
Then she storms off, and on the background you can see Nishida who has spied on this all.
!!! She's calling Rui in the middle of the night, but hangs up without saying anything, leaving him wondering about the call. RAWR, white really suits him!
Then he's driving in a car, and there's a knock on Makino's door...
And it's Nishida! *shocked*
