i think my teacher is cooler than yours
There's this teacher that I really, really, really love. She's a teacher in molecular biology and biotechnology, and she's got a PhD. She's smart. I think you get the point.
So, yeah, point is, I love her so much as a teacher. I think she's amazing. Heck, I want her to be my thesis adviser and maybe my future boss. But I loved her more today. Why? She brought her laptop to class (she usually does that for the powerpoint lectures).
I think she just inspired me. It's possible to have a PhD in this field without losing anime/manga/fandom life!!!! I think I'll cry if she won't accept me as a research student next year.
Her husband too, is cool. He has a Himura Kenshin charm on his phone (or USB, I can't remember). Kudos for cool teachers!

a1y-puff and I have a secret. It's a shiny secret. It involves Fuji and Tezuka, of course. Actually, it involves a SHINY FUJI.
I will now go do the lab report.
- Reasons why I ♥♥♥ Dr. Bascos (female)
- She teaches MBB. She taught us the effing CENTRAL DOGMA OF MOLECULAR BIOLOGY in FULL detail. (I think eliza-natsuko knows how brain-breaking that is.)
- She makes me think a lot. She's one of those teachers who develop my critical thinking. I hate her exams in a certain subject, but I love her lessons. Make me feel proud that I can answer her questions correctly. XD
- She is interested in tropical diseases.
- She sings (as in she's chorally trained).
- She watched/watches Avatar (It started with a lesson on culture: air, water, fire, earth... XD and when we said: Long ago.., she sort of complained, saying her husband wouldn't let her watch the ending yet. That was a few months ago.)

- She has an UNWATCHED ANIME FOLDER on her desktop.
- She watches Neil Gaiman's blog. (Well, should have expected this since she commented when we commented on someone reading Good Omens. She even asked us if we've read/heard the Graveyard Book.)
- She has BAKA-UPDATES ON HER FIREFOX TOOLBAR!!!
