I don't suppose anyone in the compound knows how to bind books, do they?
There's a book that two friends of mine are thinking of writing, you see, and it occurred to them that it would be simply wonderful if they could publish it within the compound~ I promised to ask around and see if I could find someone who could help them with that. If all else fails, I suppose the Rumor could simply say the book was published. So many useful purposes that power could be put to... Though I don't doubt she's thought of many of them~
