hah yes. my bay ridge was different. once i got some of my neighbors mail...we lived in an apartment building of course, and use to walk around the neighborhood dreaming of what went on in those giant houses with lawns, and swimming pools. especially because the swimming pool was larger than my apartment. well to say the least i was too scared to take them the mail. haha. also i can say about once a week i saw some suspicious goings on across the street at the little italian eatery, but fuck i felt so safe there. no one bothered me, and it kept the "riff raff" out so i could walk home at 2am if i wanted and not worry. but bay ridge being scene?!?!?! uhhhh maybe if youre into cruising and blasting horrible house music in your brand new bmw you spoiled 16 year olds. *shakes fist* oh yeah, i lived on 83rd and 3rd ave. ohhh but i have to say one of the guys that played on the sopranos had a restaurant down the block, and some of the best fucking food ive ever eaten in my entire life. good bless fat italians and their love for food. i miss my old neighborhood.
